Fruit Salad Custard
Ingredients
20 Strawberries, keep about 4 for decoration
2 Medium Sized Kiwis, Keep one or half for decoration
1 Medium Sized Orange
1/2 Slice Lime
Handful of Grapes
1 Banana
1 Apple
3 Tbsps Custard Powder
500 ml Milk
4 Tbsps Honey or Sugar

Preparation
1. Dissolve the custard powder in a cup containing 150 ml of milk. Add the remaining 350 ml of milk to a vessel and allow to boil on medium flame.
2. Add honey to the milk in the vessel along with the dissolved custard powder. Stir continuously such that the milk does not stick to the vessel on boiling. Stir for around 2 or 3 minutes until the mixture thickens. Once the mixture has thickened pour into a glass bowl. Now allow the custard to cool.
3. As the custard cools, in a separate bowl, add grapes, strawberries cut into cubes, kiwis cut into cubes, apple peeled and cut into cubes, banana peeled and cut into cubes. In a cup, squeeze the orange and lime to get orange and lime juice. Add the juices to the bowl of cubed fruits and mix well. Add some honey also and mix well.
4. Once the custard has cooled, add all the above fruits to the custard and mix well. Refrigerate the custard for abou 2 hours.
5. Decorate the bowl before serving. Glaze the decorated fruits with a dash of honey.
