Creamy Strawberry Mousse

Ingredients

300 gms Strawberries
1/2 Cup Sugar or Honey
500 ml Whipped Cream
2 Tbsps Unflavoured Gelatin
1/8 Cup of Water at Room TEmperature
1/4 Cup Boiling Water

10 Servings / 30 Minutes

Preparation

1. Sprinkle Gelatin over cold water in a cup and allow to stand for a minute. Then add boiling water and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Keep aside to cool to room temperature.

2. Place the strawberries and sugar / honey in a blender and blend until smooth. Add the gelatin mixture and blend for a minute.

3. Beat the whipped cream until it forms nice soft peaks. Fold the whipped cream into the mixture of strawberries.

4. Pour into a nice big glass bowl or pour into small serving bowls and decorate with strawberries. Allow to refrigerate for around 2 hours or until set. Serve cold.
