2. Chop onion and tomato into fine pieces, add to the bowl of lightly beaten eggs along with some salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients well.

3. Take a Large or a Medium Sized Pan, (In my case, I took a medium-sized pan and made two omelets, You can make a large single omelette if desired). Add oil to the pan, heat the oil well.

4. Once the oil is hot enough, pour the mixture of eggs, tomato, and onion such that it covers the entire pan. cook the omelette on a low or medium fire such that the bottom does not burn. Cover the pan with a lid so the top of the omelette is cooked well since tossing the omelette on the other side may not be possible causing it to break. Cook for around 7 minutes. Then take off the lid and check if the top of the omelette has been cooked. Once the top has been cooked, switch off the flame and gently slide the omelette from the pan into the serving plate. Sprinkle some oregano over the omelette.

5. Serve hot, cut into slices and eat. It resembles a pizza with tomato and onion toppings.
