Spinach Cheese Oregano Omelette
Ingredients
2 Eggs
15 - 20 Spinach Leaves, Finely Chopped
4 - 5 Tbsps Grated Cheese
1 Tbsp Oregano
Salt as required
2 Tbsps Vegetable Oil

Serves 2 / 20 Minutes
Preparation
1. Wash the spinach leaves and chop them fine. Add the finely chopped leaves to a bowl.
2. Now break 2 eggs and add them to the bowl of finely chopped spinach. Add some salt to the bow of finely chopped spinach and eggs.
3. Now beat the eggs in the bowl so as to mix the spinach and salt.
4. Take a small pan, add oil to the pan, heat the oil. Once the oil has been heated, add the mixture from the bowl into the pan. Spread the mixture evenly throught the entire pan.
5. Cook the omelette on a low flame, such that the top also cook since we are not going to flip it on the other side. Once the top appears cooked, sprinkle some cheese and oregano all over the omelette and serve it hot with toast or bread.
