Fried Ginger Garlic Chicken

Ingredients

1/2 Kg Chicken Pieces (Around 8 Medium Sized Pieces of Chicken)
2 Tsps Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
2 Tbsps Curd
Salt as per Taste
Oil as required

8 Pieces / 1 Hour Marination Time 30 Minutes Cooking Time

Preparation

1. Wash the Chicken Pieces well, add the pieces to a bowl, add salt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder and curd and mix well. Allow the chicken to marinate for an hour.

2. After an hour, heat a pan with oil, once the oil is hot, add the chicken pieces, Close the pan with an appropriate lid and allow the chicken to cook as it is getting fried on a medium flame.

3. Brown the chicken on both sides. Turn off the flame once the chicken is cooked.

4. Serve hot as snacks or for lunch/dinner. The Marination gives the chicken a very good flavour. The flavours of turmeric, ginger, and garlic. When the chicken is browned the burnt ginger garlic flavours the chicken very well.
