Chocolate Walnut Cake
Ingredients
50 gms Salted Butter
1/2 Cup Sugar
2 Large Eggs
1 Cup Wheat Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
4 Tbsps Cocoa Powder
1/2 Cup Milk
4 Tbsps Crushed Walnuts
6.5 X 2 Inch Round Baking Tin
1/2 Cup Sugar

1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
4 Tbsps Cocoa Powder
1/2 Cup Milk
4 Tbsps Crushed Walnuts
6.5 X 2 Inch Round Baking Tin

Preparation
1. Beat the butter and sugar until smooth and creamy, break 2 eggs and mix the eggs into the creamy mixture.
2. Take a separate bowl, add the wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, and the cocoa powder and mix well.
3. Now add the dry mixture of the flour and cocoa into the wet mixture of the eggs alternating with milk. Mix thoroughly well to form a nice smooth mixture. Add the crushed walnuts into the batter and mix well.
4. Cover the Baking Tin with a Baking Paper, Now add the batter into the tin onto the baking paper.
5. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees centigrade. Add the baking tin to the oven.
6. Bake for around 35 - 40 Minutes or until the toothpick inserted to the center of the cake comes out clean.
7. Once baked, take off from the oven allow to cool, Cut into pieces and serve.
