Beef Cauliflower Fry
Ingredients
200 gms Beef, Cut into Medium Sized Pieces
1/2 Slice Lime or 1 Tbsp Vinegar
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tsp Pepper Powder
2 Medium Sized Onion
2 Medium Sized Tomato
Few Cauliflower Florets
Oil as required
Salt as required

Preparation
1. Cut the beef into medium sized pieces, add the pieces to a bowl, add salt, pepper powder, ginger garlic paste and squeeze half lime or add 1 tablespoon of vinegar and keep the meat aside.
2. Cut the onions into ringlets and tomato into medium sized pieces and the cauliflower into small florets.
3. Now take a medium sized pan, add oil to the pan and heat the oil. Once the oil is hot add the pieces of beef.
4. Close the lid of the pan and allow the beef to cook on a medium flame.
5. Once the beef is half cooked, add the onion rings, tomato pieces, and the cauliflower florets. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
6. Now close the lid and allow the vegetables to cook on a medium or a low flame.
7. Once ready, take off the lid, pour the contents of the pan into a serving plate and serve hot.
