Strawberry Pancakes
I was bored of making the same normal pancakes so I thought I should try something different, I had the Strawberry bars already available with me so I thought I should melt the bar and add some strawberry flavor to the pancakes so here I am presenting to you 'The Strawberry Pancakes'.
The Strawberry Pancakes are similar to the original pancakes, just that I added some strawberry compound to the mixture. You can go ahead and try your own flavors. I am yet to experiment making pancakes with the real strawberry fruits though. If I do, I shall pen down my recipe here.

Preparation
1. Mix the wheat flour and all-purpose flour. add a pinch of salt and mix well.
2. Melt the strawberry bar in a microwave or use the double boiler method by placing the strawberry bar in a bowl and adding water to a pan, such that the bowl is larger than the pan. Place the bowl above the pan so that as the water boils in the pan, the steam melts the strawberry bar in the bowl.
3. Allow the strawberry bar to cool, however, it should be in a molten state. Now beat two eggs in a separate bowl. Add these beaten eggs to the molten strawberry bar mixture. Mix well.
4. Now alternately add flour and milk to the above mixture of the strawberry bar and eggs. A nice smooth thin batter should be formed.
5. Take a pan. Add oil to the pan and heat the pan on a medium flame.
6. Once the oil is hot, add the batter with a large tablespoon, little at a time, such that there are four pancakes being fried at one time on the pan.
7. Allow the pancakes to brown on both the sides. Allow to cool and serve.
8. Can be served with honey or peanut butter toppings.
