Spiced Scrambled Egg with Parsley
Spiced Scrambled Egg with Parsley are scrambled eggs seasoned with finely chopped parsley, oregano and salt, coated with spices such as turmeric, red chili powder, and pepper powder.

Ingredients
2 Medium Sized Eggs
1/4 Tsp Turmeric
1/4 Tsp Red Chili Powder
1/4 Tsp Pepper Powder
1 Tsp Finely Chopped Parsley
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil or Olive Oil
Oregano for Seasoning

1 Serving / 15 Minutes
Preparation
1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Once the oil is hot enough break the two eggs and add to the pan.
2. Fry for a minute and then scramble the eggs. Sprinkle salt, turmeric powder, chili powder, pepper powder and chopped parsley.
3. Mix the scrambled eggs evenly so that all the spices get coated well with the eggs.
4. Fry for another 3 minutes on a medium flame and serve the scrambled eggs hot seasoned with oregano and accompanied with a tomato ketchup or any dip of your choice.
