Mushroom Masala
Ingredients
1 Packet Mushrooms, around 30 mushrooms, finely chopped
2 Medium Sized Tomatoes, Finely Chopped
1 Medium Sized Onion, Sliced
10 Cloves Garlic, Finely Chopped
2 Chilies, Finely Cut, Deseeded
1 Bay Leaf
2 Tbsps Oil
1/4 Tsp Salt to Taste
1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1/4 Tsp Pepper Powder
1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves, Finely Chopped
1/4 Tsp Cumin or Jeera Seeds
2 Medium Sized Tomatoes, Finely Chopped
1 Medium Sized Onion, Sliced
10 Cloves Garlic, Finely Chopped
2 Chilies, Finely Cut, Deseeded
1 Bay Leaf
2 Tbsps Oil
1/4 Tsp Salt to Taste
1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1/4 Tsp Pepper Powder
1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves, Finely Chopped
1/4 Tsp Cumin or Jeera Seeds

4 Servings / 40 Minutes
Preparation
1. Heat oil in a pan, once the oil is hot enough add the bay leaf and cumin seeds. Once the oil has got the flavor of the bay leaf and the cumin seeds crackle, add chopped garlic, sliced onion, and chopped chilies. Fry till onions are translucent.
2. Now add the tomatoes, stir-fry for a few minutes by adding turmeric powder, pepper powder, and coriander leaves.
3. Add the mushrooms, mix well with the above ingredients and add salt. Cook on a medium flame till the mushrooms ooze out water.
4. Close the lid of the pan and allow the mushrooms to cook for 5 minutes on a medium flame.
5. Turn off the flame and serve hot.
