Strawberry Pudding

Ingredients

132 gms Strawberry Compound
500 ml Milk
2 Tbsps Cornflour
1 Tbsp Condensed Milk (Optional)
10 Large Fresh Strawberries

Preparation

1. In a cup, mix 2 tbsps of cornflour with 1/4 cup of the 500 ml milk. Dissolve the cornflour in milk.

2. Take a vessel, heat the remaining milk along with strawberry compound on a medium flame, such that the compound dissolves in the milk.

3. Add a tablespoon of condensed milk along with the dissolved cornflour into the boiling milk with the dissolved strawberry compound.

4. Stir the mixture till it thickens on a medium flame. Once the mixture is thick enough, turn off the flame. Add the mixture to a medium-sized glass bowl. Allow the mixture to cool.

5. Cut fresh strawberries into slices. Add the slices to the mixture and mix well. Add some slices to the top of the pudding for decoration.

6. Refrigerate and allow to set for about 5 hours. Serve chilled.
