Squid Rava Fry

I never though that squids could be coated with some paste and fried until one day. I happened to be at a famous beach here in Goa that is Morjim beach, this beach is also a nesting site for turtles during winter. After a nice swim, we happened to go to a shack for a bite. The order was placed for rava fried squids, I must tell you these squids were so crunchy with the masala and the coating of semolina and rava.

I decided that the next time we have squids, I must try this squid rava fry. And right enough on the next purchase of squids, I went on straight to clean the squids and marinate them with ginger garlic paste, turmeric, wheat flour, egg, and salt. I coated the squids with rava and instead of deep frying the squids, I tried shallow frying. I must say very crunchy.
