Shankar Pade (Sweet Rectangular Crisps)

Shankar Pade (Sweet Rectangular Crisps) are sweet crisps having rectangular shapes made of flour, sugar, and ghee as the main ingredients. The ghee can be substituted by butter if unavailable. I usually make these sweets during Christmas by adding nice Christmassy colors of pink and green.

However, these sweets can be eaten as a snack anytime of the year. Most importantly you can store them in an airtight containers and consume whenever you feel like it, maybe while watching movies or some television series, munching these crisps would be a good time pass.
