Chocolate Chip Cake
Ingredients
100 gms Salted Butter
3/4 Cup Sugar
2 Large Eggs
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 and 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Cup Milk
3/4 Cup Chocolate Chips
8.5 x 2.5 inches Square Rounded Edges Cake Tin Used for Baking

12 Persons / 1 Hour
Preparation
1. Beat the butter and sugar until smooth and creamy, break 2 eggs and mix the eggs into the creamy mixture.
2. Take a separate bowl, add all purpose flour, baking powder, and baking soda, mix well.
3. Now add the dry mixture of the flour into the wet mixture of the eggs alternating with milk. Mix thoroughly well to form a nice smooth mixture. Add the chocolate chips to the batter and mix well.
4. Cover the Baking Tin with a Baking Paper, Now add the batter into the tin onto the baking paper.
5. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees centigrade. Add the baking tin to the oven.
6. Bake for around 25 - 30 Minutes or until the toothpick inserted to the center of the cake comes out clean.
7. Once baked, take off from the oven allow to cool, Cut into pieces and serve.
