Strawberry Yogurt Delight

Strawberry Yogurt Delight is a frozen smoothie of strawberries and yogurt set with gelatin, sweetened with condensed milk and relished as a dessert. This dessert is my own innovation inspired by my husband's favorite strawberry yogurt, so I thought why not try my own strawgart (that's the combination of strawberry and Yogurt).

I have decorated the Strawberry Yogurt Delight with some slices of fresh strawberries and sprinkled some sesame seeds. Do enjoy and relish this dessert :)

3. Now add this gelatin to the strawberry smoothie.

Mix well and add 350 gms of condensed milk to get a nice smooth thick mixture.

4. Freeze for about 5 hours. Allow setting in the refrigerator.

Serve cold. Decorate with cut strawberry slices and sesame seeds.

This Dessert is a little different from the other desserts. It has a mixed taste of sweet and a bit of a sour taste from the curd and strawberries together.

Enjoy the Strawberry Yogurt Delight.
