Ingredients

5 Medium Sized Cauliflower Florets
6 Mushrooms, Sliced into Halves
6 Baby Corns, Sliced into Halves
2 Teaspoons Crushed Ginger
2 Green Chilies, Slit and Cut into Halves
1 Tablespoon Finely Sliced Garlic
2 Spring Onions, Finely Chopped

2 Tablespoons Soya Sauce
1/2 Tablespoon Chili Sauce
2 Tablespoons Tomato Sauce
1 Teaspoon Pepper Powder
1 Tablespoons Cornflour
2 Cups Water
1 Teaspoon Salt or as per requirement
3 - 4 Tablespoons Oil
Some More Finely Chopped Spring Onions for Garnishing

Preparation

Stir Fry Vegetables in Manchurian Gravy - The Main Ingredients1. Take a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil, once hot, add the sliced mushrooms, sliced babycorns and the cauliflower along with salt and pepper.

Stir fry for a few minutes around 8 - 10 minutes till babycorn and cauliflower is crunchy. Once ready turn off the flame and keep aside.

2. Dissolve 2 tablespoons of cornflour in 1 cup of water.

3. Take a vessel, heat 2 tablespoons of oil in the vessel. Add the sliced garlic, crushed ginger, green chilies, chopped spring onions. Saute for a few minutes. Then add soya sauce, chili sauce, and tomato sauce. Mix well and saute for another few minutes.

4. Now add a cup of water. Bring the mixture to a boil over a medium flame. Then add the stir-fried vegetables and allow to boil for a few minutes.

Add the dissolved cornflour to the mixture. mix thoroughly well and cook until the gravy thickens as per your consistency of thickness. Serve hot with rice. Garnish with Finely Chopped Spring Onions.
