2 - 3 Persons / 45 minutes
Preparation
1. Let us first start by making the filling or the inner stuffing. Add Salt to the prawns, cut them into fine pieces. Chop an onion and a tomato into fine pieces. Heat oil in a small pan, once hot, add the onion pieces and Ginger Garlic Paste.
Once onion pieces are translucent, add the tomato pieces till soft.
Then add prawn pieces, allow the prawn pieces to cook for a few minutes and finally add 1 - 2 Tablespoons Recheado Masala. Allow the masala to blend well with the prawns. Once ready turn off the flame. Allow the filling or stuffing to cool.
2. Take a bowl, break 3 Eggs, beat the eggs thoroughly well, add 1 or 2 Tablespoons of wheat flour into the bowl and mix well so there are no lumps formed. Add 4 - 5 tablespoons of milk and a pinch of salt to form a nice thick smooth paste.
3. Heat oil in a non - stick pan, once oil is hot, add one big deep cooking spoon of the batter, spread the batter so as to cover the pan to form a nice big roll like an omelet. the pan should be on a medium or low flame.
Now add the filling or the stuffing into this round roll and cover the filling from the two sides of the roll, overlapping each other as in the image. I have made two of these rolls.
4. Once ready serve hot. Cut them into pieces if desired.
This can serve as a quick snack provided the filling or stuffing is ready.
