Mackerel Fish Fillets
Ingredients
3 Mackerels
1 Lime
1 Tsp Turmeric
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 Tsp Salt
Semolina as per requirement
Oil as per requirement

Preparation
1. Clean the mackerels, cut off the head and fins and remove the inner organs. Wash them clean.
Now cut slit open just above the bone. Take off the bones such that the entire piece is a fillet without any bones. Take off any extra bones to the sides of the fish.
2. Now marinate this fish fillets with salt, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and squeeze a lime over the fillets.
See that the turmeric, salt ginger garlic paste, and lime is evenly spread over all the fish fillets. Keep aside for 15 minutes or more.
3. Take some semolina or rava in a flat plate and dip each fillet, such that both the sides are coated with the rava or semolina.
4. Take a pan, add 2 - 3 tbsps of oil. Heat the oil, once hot add the fish fillets. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
5. Serve hot with a salad and rotis, chapatis or rice.
