Mackerel Fish Cutlets
Mackerel Fish Cutlets are fish cakes made from boiled mackerel meat seasoned with salt and pepper. The Mackerels fillets are ground with egg, soaked bread, and other spices, then shaped into a patty and finally coated with rava or semolina and then fried.
These Mackerel Fish Cutlets can be had as snacks with tomato ketchup or some other dips, they can be also had in bread as a burger by cutting slices of tomato, cucumber, capsicum or whatever veggies you would want to have along with some mayonnaise or mustard sauce.
If you are a fish lover, then these cutlets are just for you :)
