Preparation
1. Wash the brinjal thoroughly well. Cut off the stalk of the brinjal or eggplant or baingan. Cut the Brinjal into thin fine round slices.
2. Add salt to the slices and soak the slices in a bowl of water, so that they don't turn black.
3. Take some cafreal masala in a plate and semolina or rava in another plate.
4. Heat a medium-sized pan with oil. Now take off each slice of brinjal from the soaking water and coat it with the cafreal masala on both sides, then dip the slices in semolina or rava on both sides.
5. Add the brinjal slices to the pan with hot oil. Fry till the slices are crisp and brown on both sides. Serve hot.
These Brinjal Slices are quite crisp and tasty. Trust me even if you are not a brinjal lover you will enjoy this one.
