Egg Pan Pizza
Egg Pan Pizza is just my own innovation, if you love eggs this is an eggy pizza just for you. Less flour has been used to give an egg flavour and moreover it is fried on a pan. I have used Carrot - Mayonnaise Paste which can be substituted for any mayonnaise of your choice and tomato ketchup can be used to give the extra flavor of a spread. All toppings used are vegetarian which can be substituted for any toppings of your choice like chicken, beef or even prawns would make it lip-smacking.
Soya chunks cut into slices just gives an illusion that some kind of salami or pepperoni has been used, so if on a vegetarian diet you do not miss the non vegetarian stuff just by its looks ;).But I must tell you the taste is amazing. Try this for a quick and easy form of pizza.

Ingredients
3 Eggs
2 Tbsps Wheat Flour
4 Tbsps Milk
2 Small Tomatoes, Sliced
5 Soya Chunks, Boiled and Sliced
2 Slices of Cheese
6 Tbsps of Carrot - Mayonnaise Paste
4 Tbsps Oil
Salt as per requirement
Oregano as per requirement
2 Tbsps Wheat Flour
4 Tbsps Milk
2 Small Tomatoes, Sliced
5 Soya Chunks, Boiled and Sliced
2 Slices of Cheese
6 Tbsps of Carrot - Mayonnaise Paste
4 Tbsps Oil

Servings / Time
2 Small Egg Pan Pizzas / 40 minutes
Preparation
1. Break 3 eggs, beat the eggs add a pinch of salt and beat the eggs, now add 4 tbsps of milk and gently fold in 2 tbsp of wheat flour to form a nice smooth mixture. See that there are no lumps of the wheat flour formed. The mixture can be divided to make 2 egg pan pizzas using a deep cooking spoon on frying the mixture onto the pan, we will discuss this in the further steps.
2. Now soak the soya chunks for about an hour and then boil the chunks, once boiled cut into slices, simultaneously wash the tomatoes well and cut the tomatoes into round slices. Since I am making 2 small egg pan pizzas, I have used 2 small tomatoes. Now keep 2 cheese slices and the Carrot - Mayonnaise Paste ready.
3. Take a small pan, add oil to it, allow the oil to heat, Let the pan be on a low flame. Now add a deep cooking spoon of the egg, milk and wheat flour mixture gently into the pan. Spread the mixture so that it covers the entire pan.
4. Now add the cheese slice, allow it to melt and spread all over the egg pan pizza base, then add the Carrot - Mayonnaise Paste all over the pizza base, now add the tomatoes and the soya bean chunk slices onto the mixture of cheese and the Carrot - Mayonnaise Paste.
5. See that the base has been fried well and is a nice golden brown. Close the pan with a lid for around 2 - 3 minutes. Now turn off the flame and serve the egg pan pizza hot onto the serving plate. Add tomato ketchup if desired, I have not added it.
