Ingredients

1/2 Cup Cornflour
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
4 Cups Milk
2 Cups Cream
200 gms Chocolate Bars, scrapped
Handful of Raisins
Handful of Tutti Fruity
2 Apples, Cut into Small Cubes
Breadcrumbs and Sesame Seeds for decoration

Servings / Time

12 Persons / 1 Hour

Preparation

1. Combine the cornflour, sugar, salt in a medium-sized vessel. Slowly add the milk and cream so that lumps do not form.

2. Now place this mixture on a medium flame. Add the 2 bars of scrapped chocolate to the mixture.

3. Slowly stir the mixture, such that the chocolate dissolves. Allow the mixture to thicken. Once the mixture is thick enough, switch off the flame and pour the mixture into a glass bowl. Allow the mixture to cool.

4. As the mixture is kept aside cooling. Cut about 2 apples into small cubes, take off the seeds and cut off the stalk and the middle portion, an apple cutter can be used. Also, take some handful of raisins and some tutti fruity.

5. Once the mixture is cool enough, add the apple pieces, raisins and the tutti fruity. Mix thoroughly well. Refrigerate for around 5 hours.

6. Decorate the round circumference of the pudding with breadcrumbs and sprinkle a few sesame seeds across the top of the pudding. Serve chilled.
