Chocolate Chunks Wheat Cake
I baked this cake late in the night as a birthday surprise to my father in law in the morning. I enjoyed baking the cake as much as I enjoyed eating it. Everybody enjoyed the cake a lot. It was something different from the usual cakes I bake. Since I baked the cake late in the night, decorating the cake was going to be a tedious task, so it just struck me to pour the cream over the cake, so that the sides of the cakes would look like some drips of cream as I had seen in cartoons :). And I did exactly that, so the cake decoration was simple, I just had to sprinkle some bread crumbs over the cream, so it actually looked like a birthday cake though not very professional but homemade with love.

Preparation
1. Beat the butter and sugar until smooth and creamy, break 2 eggs and mix the eggs into the creamy mixture.
2. Take a separate bowl, add wheat flour, baking powder, and baking soda, mix well.
3. Now add the dry mixture of the wheat flour into the wet mixture of the eggs alternating with fresh cream. Mix thoroughly well to form a nice smooth mixture. Add the cut pieces or chocolate chunks into the batter and mix well.
4. Grease a baking tin with butter. Add the batter to the baking tin. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Add the baking tin to the oven and allow to bake for around 35 - 40 minutes or bake until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
5. Allow the cake to cool. Decorate the cake by pouring 1/4 cup of fresh cream onto the top, so that the cream drips to the sides of the cake and spray some bread crumbs onto the top of the cream. Cut slices and serve.
