Cauliflower Stir Fry
Ingredients
A Small Cauliflower
2 Medium Sized Green Chilies
8 Soya Chunks, Soaked and Sliced
2 Medium Sized Onions
1 Medium Sized Tomato
1/4 Tsp Turmeric
1/4 Tsp Oregano
1/4 Tsp Sesame Seeds
1/4 Tsp Jeera or Cumin Seeds
Salt to taste
3 - 4 Tbsps Oil
1 Tbsp or 1 Small Sachet of Chilli Sauce
1 Tbsp or 1 Small Sachet of Soya Sauce
1/4 Tsp of Ginger Garlic Paste
2 Medium Sized Green Chilies
8 Soya Chunks, Soaked and Sliced
2 Medium Sized Onions
1 Medium Sized Tomato
1/4 Tsp Turmeric
1/4 Tsp Oregano
1/4 Tsp Sesame Seeds
1/4 Tsp Jeera or Cumin Seeds

3 - 4 Tbsps Oil
1 Tbsp or 1 Small Sachet of Chilli Sauce
1 Tbsp or 1 Small Sachet of Soya Sauce
1/4 Tsp of Ginger Garlic Paste
Servings / Time
5 Servings / 45 minutes
Preparation
1. Chop onions into ringlets, chop the tomatoes into verticle pieces, slit the green chilies and take off the seeds. Cut the cauliflower into small florets. Also cut the soya chunks into slices.
2. Heat oil in a pan over a medium flame. Once the oil is hot add the onions, chilies. Stir-fry till onions are golden brown.
Now add the ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, sesame seeds, oregano, cumin seeds or jeera, chili sauce and soya sauce. Stir-fry for about 2 - 3 minutes.
3. Now add the tomatoes and soya chunk slices along with the cauliflower florets and salt as per taste. Stir-fry for another 2 or 3 minutes. Then close the lid of the pan and allow the cauliflower to cook. Once the cauliflower is soft or tender put off the flame.
4. Serve hot with rotis or chapatis.
