Cauliflower in White Gravy
Ingredients
1 Small Cauliflower, Cut into small florets
1 Vegetable Sausage
2 Eggs
1 Cup of Milk
1 Tbsp of Cornflour
1 Tsp of Pepper Powder
1 Tsp Oregano Powder
1 Tbsp Butter
Salt as per requirement

Preparation
1. Take a medium sized pan, heat 1 tablespoon of butter on a medium flame. Once hot add the cauliflower florets. Add some pepper and oregano powder. Stir-fry until the cauliflower is crisp.
2. Dissolve 1 tablespoon of cornflower in 1 cup of milk.
Slice the vegetable-sausage round. Add the round sliced vegetable sausage to the pan along with the cauliflower.
3. Now also break 2 eggs and add the eggs to the pan. Mix the eggs so they appear scrambled. Mix all the contents well and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
4. Finally, add the dissolved cornflower and the milk. Cook until the gravy thickens. Add salt to taste. Serve hot.
