Preparation
1. Marinate the Tuna pieces with salt and Lime juice for around 4 - 5 hours.
2. Now take a vessel, heat 3 - 4 tablespoons of Oil, once oil is heated add 3 - 4 Tablespoons of recheado masala. Stir-fry for a few minutes. Then add 1/2 cup of water and allow the masala to cook for 5 to 10 minutes or until the water has dried.
3. Now add the pieces of the marinated tuna into the above cooked red masala, stir fry for a few minutes.
4. You will notice that the fish releases some water, hence there is no need to add more water at this stage.
5. Close the lid of the vessel and allow the fish to cook for about 15 minutes. The fish should blend well into the masala.
6. Cook till you have a little gravy left. It depends upon you, as to how much of gravy you want, accordingly thicken the gravy.
7. Serve hot with rice, bread or chapatis.
8. This dish is a bit spicy. It has a tangy taste, tried to add tuna pieces just as an experiment to check if the tuna blends well with this paste, and I must tell you it was a success. The taste was quite good.
