Preparation

Tuna Fish Salad - Shredding the Tuna
1. The Tuna was brought clean from the market, and it was cut into fat pieces or slices, so I had to just wash the fish.

2. Add salt and 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste or Spicy, Sweet and Sour Garlic Paste to the fish.

3. Take a Vessel, add the fish and add a half cup of water and boil the fish on medium flame till the water has dried up and fish is soft or tender. Once boiled allow to cool and take off the bones from the fish. Shred the fish in a bowl.

4. Simultaneously cut the peel the carrots, potato, and onion and cut into medium-sized cubes.

5. Take another Vessel, add a half cup of water and boil the carrots, potato, and onion on medium flame. Cook till water has dried and the vegetables are soft.

6. In another vessel add water and boil the sweet corn until tender. Once boiled allow to cool and cut off the kernels from the stem.

7. In the bowl of the shredded fish add the corn kernels, carrots, potatoes, onions and a small bowl of egg mayonnaise. Mix well.

8. Serve in a bowl.

9. This salad can also be eaten on a toast or as a sandwich for breakfast. Check out my post - Tuna Salad Toast
