Tuna Fish Baked with Mustard Paste and Spinach
Ingredients
4 Chunks of Tuna Fish
2 Tbsps Mustard Paste
1/2 Tsp Turmeric or Haldi Powder
Oil as per requirement
Salt as per taste
4 Malabar Spinach Leaves
2 Tbsps Mustard Paste

4 Pieces / 45 Minutes
Preparation
1. Marinate the pieces of fish with salt, turmeric, and mustard paste for 1 hour.
2. Cut the Malabar Spinach Leaves fine. Add the Malabar spinach leaves to either side of the fish pieces.
3. Add the fish pieces to an oven tray.
4. Take oil in a bowl, dip the brush into oil and smear the oil on either side of the fish pieces.
5. Cover the tray with a silver foil so that the top of the fish does not burn without the fish getting cooked.
6. Now Preheat the oven to 250 degrees centigrade for 5 minutes, add the tray with the fish pieces. Adjust the timer to 30 minutes.
7. Check to see that the fish is well cooked from within. Take off the fish pieces from the tray once cooked and add to a serving plate.
8. Serve the fish hot with some salad.
