Preparation
1. Clean the squids neatly so as to separate the tentacles from the body. Wash thoroughly well after cleaning.
2. Salt the squids.
3. For the stuffing, cut the tentacles fine, chop onion into fine pieces and tomato into fine pieces.
4. Heat oil in a pan, once hot add onion pieces, fry for a while till translucent, then add tomato pieces, cook till tomato is soft.
5. Add the squids to the above mixture of onion and tomato, stir fry till water oozes out from the squids.
6. Now add one tablespoon of Recheado Masala and 1/2 Tablespoon of Mustard Paste to the above mixture of squids, cook till the masala blends well into the squids.
7. Once ready turn off the flame and allow to cool. The stuffing is ready.
8. Take a Teaspoon and stuff each squid with the above stuffing. Close the ends of the squids with a toothpick such that the stuffing does not spill off on frying.
9. Once the stuffing is done, lightly add some recheado masala to the outer part of the squids before frying.
10. Heat another pan with oil, add the stuffed squids.
11. Cover the pan with a lid so that the inside of the squids cook well. Fry the squids on both sides. Fry thoroughly well such that the inside is cooked.
