Squids Cafreal or Squids in Green Masala
Ingredients
30 - 40 Squids
1 Medium Sized Onion, cut into ringlets
1 Medium Sized Tomato, chopped fine
2 - 3 Tbsp Oil
1/2 Cup Water
Green Coriander Chili Masala or Cafreal Masala
Salt to taste

5 Servings / 1 hr
Preparation
1. Clean the squids neatly so as to separate the tentacles from the body. Wash thoroughly well after cleaning and cut into ringlets.
2. Salt the squids and leave aside for 15 minutes.
3. Heat oil in a pan, add the squids. Boil the squids till the water oozes out from them leaving behind just a little water. Take off the pan from the flame.
4. Separately take a vessel heat oil, add onions cook until it turns translucent.
5. Then add tomato and cook till tomato is soft. Then add the Green Coriander Chili Masala or Cafreal Masala as per your requirement.
6. Boil for a few minutes till onion and tomato blend into the masala. Add 1/2 cup of water when boiling.
7. Now add the above masala mixture with onion, tomato, and water to the pan of squids and put it on medium flame again.
8. Cook till the mixture thickens leaving behind thick little gravy.
9. Serve hot with rice or rotis.
