Sardines Fish Fry
Ingredients
7 Small or Medium Sized Sardines
Salt to Taste
1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric or Haldi Powder
Rava or Semolina as per requirement
2 Tbsp Oil

Preparation
1. Clean the Sardines, remove the scales, take off the head and the innards. Wash thoroughly well.
2. Add salt and turmeric, mix well and keep aside for few minutes. Turmeric adds a little flavour to the sardines.
3. Now dip the sardines in rava or semolina on both sides.
4. Heat oil in a pan. The pan should be hot enough so that the fish fries well.
5. Now add the fish to the pan, fry on both sides till you get a nice pale brown color.
6. Enjoy the sardines with rice and curry.
