Prawns Recheado Masala Fry

Ingredients

40 - 50 Small and Medium Sized Prawns
1/2 - 1 Tbsp Garlic Paste
1 Tbsp Recheado Masala
1 Medium Sized Onion
1 Medium Sized Tomato
2 - 3 Tbsps Oil
Salt to Taste

Preparation

1. Wash the prawns well several times. Clean the prawns, take off the head and the outer shell. Wash well after cleaning. Add the prawns to a bowl and salt the prawns. Keep the prawns aside for a few minutes.

2. Chop onion and tomato into medium sized pieces. Keep the Garlic Paste and Recheado Masala ready to be used.

3. Take a pan, heat the pan, add oil to the pan, once oil is heated, add the chopped onion pieces. Fry till onions turn a golden brown color. Now add half or one tablespoon Garlic Paste. Stir fry till the onions blend into the paste.

4. Add chopped tomato pieces, fry till tomato is nice and soft, then add a tablespoon of Recheado Masala. Fry well so the masala blends well into the mixture of onion and tomato pieces.

5. Finally, add the salted prawns. Fry till prawns are cooked. See that the prawns have blended well into the mixture of onion, tomato, and the Recheado Masala. The fired prawns need to have a nice flavor now.

6. Serve Prawns Recheado Masala Fry hot with rice or rotis
