Prawns Cafreal
Ingredients
40 - 50 Small or Medium Sized Prawns
1 Medium Sized Onion
1 Medium Sized Tomato
2 - 3 Tbsps of Oil
1 Tbsp of Garlic Paste
2 Tbsps of Cafreal Masala
Salt as per your requirement

Preparation
1. Clean the Prawns, Take off the head and the outer body covering or the outer shell.
2. Wash the prawns thoroughly well, add salt, and keep aside for a few minutes. Chop onion and tomato into medium sized pieces.
3. Heat a pan with 2 - 3 tablespoons of oil, once the oil is hot, add the chopped onion, stir fry till onion turns translucent.
4. Now add 1 Tbsp of Garlic Paste, stir fry for a minute.
5. Once the chopped onion and the garlic paste have been mixed well, add the tomato pieces, cook till tomato pieces are soft.
6. Now add 2 Tbsps of Cafreal Masala. Mix thoroughly well to form a nice thick green paste of the masala, onion, and tomato. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes until the masala is well cooked.
7. Now add the salted prawns to the above mixture. Mix well and cook till the prawns have been cooked and have a flavor of the Cafreal Masala.
8. Serve hot with rice or rotis.
Please note: This Prawns Cafreal Dish is Dry if you want you may make this Prawns Cafreal with gravy by adding some water to the masala, onion and tomato mixture.
