Mustard Paste

Ingredients

2 Tbsp Black Mustard Seeds
2 Tbsp Yellow Mustard Seeds
Small Piece of Cinnamon
1 Tbsp Honey
1/2 Tsp Salt
Vinegar

Servings / Time

Less than a Small Jar / 15 minutes

Mustard Paste

Preparation

1. Add 2 Tbsp Black Mustard Seeds, 2 Tbsp Yellow Mustard Seeds, Small Piece of Cinnamon, 1 Tbsp Honey, salt in the glass or stainless steel container. Add Vinegar such that it covers the contents and comes up about 1/2 inch above the content.

2. Leave the above mixture for 3 hours.

3. Then add the above mixture to a blender to form a nice fine paste.

4. Add this paste to a glass jar and refrigerate.

5. Use the mustard paste when required for cooking or as a dressing on salads.
