Multi - Grain Pancake Style Prawn Cutlets

Ingredients

1 Cup of Multi - Grain Flour (A combination of barley, ragi and green gram or moong)
3 Eggs
Prawn Chili Fry
2 - 3 Tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
1/4 cup Water (extra can be added if desired)
1/4 cup Milk (extra can be added if desired)
Oil as required

12 Cutlets / 40 minutes

Preparation

Multi - Grain Pancake Style Prawn Cutlets - Batter with the Deep Spoon
1. In a bowl add the flour, eggs, water, milk, salt and mix well to form a nice smooth batter.

2. Now add Prawn Chili Fry into the mixture and mix so that the prawns blend into this batter.

3. Heat a pan with oil on medium flame.

4. Now take a deep spoon and pour little by little of the batter into the pan in the form of small pancakes.

5. Fry on both sides.

6. This needs to be a light brown color when fried on both the sides.

7. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.

8. Note: Milk or Water can be added extra if needed.
