Mackerel Cafreal Masala Rava Fry
Ingredients
7 Small Mackerels
2 Tablespoons of Cafreal Masala
Salt as per requirement
Rava or Sooji or Semolina as per your requirement
1 Small Lime
3 - 4 Tablespoons of Oil

Preparation
1. Clean the mackerels, cut off the head and fins and remove the inner organs. Wash them clean. Add around 1/2 teaspoon of salt or salt as per your requirement to the mackerels.
Cut a small lime into two halves and squeeze the lime juice onto the mackerels, also add 2 tablespoons of Cafreal Masala .
Now allow the mackerels to marinate for a while. let the lime juice salt and Cafreal Masala add to the flavors of the mackerels when fried.
2. After marination, add Rava or Sooji or Semolina as per your requirement into a plate and dip each mackerel into this semolina, so that each mackerel is covered on both sides with the rava or semolina.
3. Take a pan, add 3 - 4 Tablespoons of Oil and heat the oil in the pan, once oil is hot add the mackerels one at a time. Fry on both sides till it is cooked well inside. Fry on a medium flame.
