Kurma Masala
Ingredients
1/2 Cup Coconut, Grated
1 Tbsp Red Chili Powder
1 Tbsp Coriander Seeds
1/2 Tsp Turmeric
6 Peppercons
1 Tsp Jeera or Cumin Seeds
20 Cloves Garlic
Small Piece Ginger
1 Onion, Chopped
1/4 Cup Water

A Small Bowl / 20 minutes
Preparation
1. Take a pan, heat it and add all the ingredients listed above excluding the water to make the kurma masala.
2. Roast the above ingredients till the coconut turns a nice brown color.
3. Allow the above dry mixture to cool. Now add the mixture to a blender along with water to form a nice wet paste.
4. A nice thick paste is formed which can be stored in a jar or kept in a bowl and refrigerated.
5. This can be used whenever desired.
