King Fish Recheado Masala Rava Fry
Ingredients
1 Big Slice of King Fish
1 Medium Sized Tomato
A Small Piece of Lime
Salt to Taste
1 Tbsp Recheado Masala Paste
2 - 3 Tbsp Oil or Oil as per your requirement
Semolina or Rava as per your requirement.

Preparation
1. I got the King Fish cleaned and cut into slices, I have used one of the big slices of King Fish to prepare The King Fish Recheado Masala Rava Fry.
2. Salt the fish. Apply the Recheado Masala uniformly on both sides of the King Fish slice.
3. Add the rava or semolina to a nice large plate.
Dip the King Fish slice in the rava or semolina on both sides.
4. Take a pan, heat the pan, add 2 - 3 tablespoons of oil to the pan. Once the oil is hot, add the King Fish slice.
5. Fry on a medium flame, fry on both sides until golden brown.
6. Cut some tomato slices and a piece of lime.
Add the tomato slices and the piece of lime to the plate of King Fish Slice when serving.
7. Serve hot with rice.
