Green Coriander Chili Masala
Ingredients
1 Cup Coriander Leaves(Tightly Packed)
3 Green Chilies
1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds or Jeera
1/4 Tsp Turmeric
8 Peppercorn
2 Cinnamon Sticks
6 Cloves
1 and a 1/2 inch piece of Ginger
4 Large Cloves of Garlic
1/2 Tsp Honey or Sugar
1/4 Cup Vinegar or Lime
1/4 Cup Water
Salt to Taste
3 Green Chilies

Servings / Time
A Small Bowl / 15 minutes
Preparation
1. Wash the coriander leaves well and separate them from the stock.
2. Slit 3 Green Chilies, remove the seeds.
3. Now add all the above ingredients to a blender to form a fine paste.
4. This can be stored in glass jars and refrigerated and used when required.
5. Can be used for cooking gravy dishes or dry dishes as per your requirement.
