Ginger Garlic Paste
Ginger Garlic Paste is a common paste needed for essential cooking at least here in Goa, we use a lot of ginger garlic paste. This can be prepared beforehand and stored in glass jars and preserved for further use. This saves you a lot of time if you need to do the quick cooking.
Ingredients
40 gms Ginger
130 gms Garlic
1/2 - 1 Tsp Salt
1/4 Cup Water
130 gms Garlic

A Small Glass Jar / 20 minutes
Preparation
1. Weigh 130 gms of garlic on a weighing scale, take one-fourth weight of ginger as compared to the garlic, i.e I weighed around 40 gms of ginger instead of 35 gms more or less just added a little extra ginger.
2. Peel the garlic, cut the ginger into pieces. Add to a blender along with 1/2 to 1 Teaspoon of salt and 1/4 cup of water.
3. Blend to form a fine paste. Store in a glass jar and refrigerate, use as and when required.
