Garlic Paste
Garlic Paste is smashed garlic mixed with salt and water to form a paste that can be preserved and used later. It is the fastest way of using garlic, in case you need to chop garlic faster, this paste comes to the rescue. This paste can be prepared beforehand and refrigerated for further use.
Use this paste as and when required at your ease.

Ingredients
90 gms Garlic
1/4 Cup Water
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Cup Water

Half of a Small Glass Jar / 15 minutes
Preparation
1. It is nice to have this garlic paste made ready and kept, it saves you a whole lot of time, the time involved to peel the garlic, cut the garlic or mince the garlic, you can rather make a fine paste of garlic and keep in the refrigerator and use the garlic paste as and when required. Let us see the procedure for this....
2. Peel the garlic cloves. Measure around 90 gms, you can also make a paste of more amount of garlic, it depends upon your quantity or requirement.
3. Now add these garlic cloves to the blender along with a 1/4th cup of water and 1/4th teaspoon of salt.
4. Blend to form a smooth paste of garlic. The thickness of the paste depends upon the amount of water used. Use water as per your requirements.
5. Once ready, store the garlic paste in a glass jar and refrigerate. I got around half a small glass jar of garlic paste.
