Egg Mayonnaise

Ingredients

3 Eggs, Boiled
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Lime or 1 Tbsp Vinegar
2 - 3 Tbsp Fresh Cream
1 - 2 Tbsp Honey
1/2 Tsp Salt

Servings / Time

A Small Bowl / 20 minutes

Preparation

Egg Mayonnaise
1. Parboil the 3 eggs for around 10 minutes. Once boiled allow the eggs to cool. Remove the egg shells and add the eggs to the blender.

2. Add 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil, Squeeze a Lime or add vinegar, fresh cream, honey and salt all into the blender along with the eggs.

3. Blend to form a nice thick paste of Mayonnaise.

4. Mayonnaise can be stored in glass jars and refrigerated.

5. Mayonnaise is used as dressing in salads or can be used in sandwiches as a spread.

6. There are various methods to make mayonnaise, this is one of my trial methods. You can also add pepper if you want though I have not added.
