Egg Garlic Mayonnaise
Ingredients
2 Eggs, Boiled
10 - 20 Cloves of Garlic
1 Medium Sized Tomato
1 Medium Sized Onion, Boiled
2 Tbsp Mustard Paste
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 - 2 Tbsp Honey
1/2 Tsp Salt

A Small Bowl / 20 minutes
Preparation
1. Parboil the 2 eggs for around 10 minutes. Once boiled allow the eggs to cool. Remove the egg shells and add the eggs to the blender.
2. Boil a medium sized onion, until partially soft, once boiled, cool and add to the blender with the boiled eggs.
3. Chop garlic and tomato into pieces, and add to the above mixture of onion and eggs.
4. Now add the mustard paste, honey, salt and oil based on the measurements above in the ingredients section.
5. Turn on the blender, and blend to form a nice smooth paste of Egg Garlic Mayonnaise
6. Please note, I have not added vinegar or lime since the mustard paste already contains vinegar, you may add vinegar or lime as per your requirement.

6. Please note, I have not added vinegar or lime since the mustard paste already contains vinegar, you may add vinegar or lime as per your requirement.
