Chocolate Cake using Wheat Flour and Condensed Milk
My First try at baking, 'The Chocolate Cake'. On my first try, I happened to use wheat flour as a substitute for all-purpose flour and condensed milk as a substitute for sugar and milk, but I did add some more milk though.
I must say the chocolate cake being my first try at baking, the cake did not turn out perfect but turned out good. Everybody at home enjoyed every bit of it. They said it was very good and asked me to bake more. So from here is where I gathered the strength to continue baking. You just need to give it a shot and then the rest follows.

Preparation
1. Melt the Chocolate Bar in a microwave oven by setting the timer for 3 minutes. The chocolate bar can also be melted using a double boiler method.
2. Simultaneously melt the butter, mix the melted butter with the melted chocolate in a bowl.
3. Break the eggs and beat the eggs thoroughly well in a separate bowl. Add the beaten eggs to the above mixture of chocolate and butter.
4. Mix the baking Powder with the wheat flour in a separate bowl. Now fold in the wheat flour and baking powder mixture into the above mixture of chocolate, eggs, and butter alternating with milk and the sweetened condensed milk.
5. Mix well to get a nice smooth mixture. Add Honey and mix. I have not added sugar since the condensed milk is sweetened with sugar.
6. Grease the tin with butter and dust the tin with wheat flour. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade.
7. Pour the mixture into the tin and add to the oven. Cover the top of the tin with a silver foil so the top does not burn.
8. Bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees centigrade. Poke a toothpick deep into the cake to check if ready, If the toothpick comes out clean, then the cake is ready from the inside.
9. Allow to cool for 5 minutes and then cut into pieces and serve.
