Cheese Omelet

Ingredients

2 Eggs
Oregano Powder
A Pinch of Salt
2 Cheese Slices
1 - 2 Tbsp Oil

2 Persons / 15 Minutes

Preparation

1. Break 2 eggs into a bowl.

2. Add salt, oregano to the above bowl.

3. Mix the eggs, salt and oregano thoroughly well

4. Beat the above mixture for a few minutes.

5. Heat oil in a pan and add the above egg mixture into the pan.

6. Fry on a medium or slow flame.

7. As the omelet is getting fried, add two cheese slices on the part that is not fried above the omelet.

8. The Cheese melts with the heat. Now evenly spread it across the top so that it is well absorbed into the mixture.

9. Now fold the two edges of the omelet from both sides upwards covering the cheesy layer within as in the picture and carefully remove from the pan.

10. Your Cheesy Omelette is now ready. Serve hot.
