Tomato Soup
Ingredients
5 Ripe Big Tomatoes
20 - 30 pods of Garlic
1 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Teaspoon Oregano
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Onion
1 Tablespoon Oil
4 - 5 Celery Leaves

4 Persons / 40 minutes
Preparation
1. Chop the tomatoes into four halves, add them into a blender to get a puree.
2. Chop the garlic, onion and celery leaves fine.
3. Heat the oil in a vessel, add the garlic, onion, pepper oregano and celery leaves. Cook till onions are soft.
4. Now add the tomato puree. Add 5 cups of water (depending on how thick soup you want). Boil till the mixture thickens.
5. Serve the soup hot, garnished with some cream.
