Squids in Gravy
Ingredients
20 - 30 Medium Sized Squids
1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 Teaspoon Garaam Masala Powder
1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
2 - 3 Tablespoons Oil
2 Small Onions
2 Small Tomatoes
1 Tablespoon Mustard Paste or 1 Lime
1 Teaspoon Salt
2 Green Chillies
1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 Teaspoon Garaam Masala Powder
1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
2 - 3 Tablespoons Oil
2 Small Onions
2 Small Tomatoes
1 Tablespoon Mustard Paste or 1 Lime
1 Teaspoon Salt
2 Green Chillies

4 People / 45 Minutes
Preparation
1. Clean the squids neatly so as to separate the tentacles from the body. Wash thoroughly well after cleaning and cut into ringlets.
2. Add salt, turmeric and garaam masala to the squids and keep aside to marinate for about 20 minutes.
3. Take a vessel, heat oil, add the ginger garlic paste and onions, once translucent add tomatoes and chilies.
4. Allow this mixture to cook until tomatoes are soft, now add the squids, allow the squids to boil as the water oozes out of the squids.
5. Boil till squids are cooked and soft, you can also add mustard paste or lime to this.
6. Serve hot with rice, bread or rotis.
