Squids in Ginger Garlic Sauce
Ingredients
30 - 40 Squids
1 Tomato
1 Onion
1 Tbsp Honey
1 Lime
20 Cloves of Garlic
2 Tbsp Grated Ginger
2 Tsps Soya Sauce
2 Tbsp Oil
1 Tsp Salt to Taste
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/4 Cup Of Water
1 Tomato
1 Onion
1 Tbsp Honey
1 Lime
20 Cloves of Garlic
2 Tbsp Grated Ginger
2 Tsps Soya Sauce
2 Tbsp Oil
1 Tsp Salt to Taste
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/4 Cup Of Water

4 Persons / 45 minutes
Preparation
1. Clean the squids neatly so as to separate the tentacles from the body. Wash thoroughly well after cleaning and cut into ringlets.
2. Add the tomato, onion, honey, lime, garlic, ginger, soya sauce, red chili powder, salt and water into a blender to form a paste of ginger garlic sauce.
3. Add oil to a vessel, heat the oil.
4. Now add the squids, boil the squids till the water oozes out from them. Boil till water has dried.
5. Now add the above sauce and cook for some time till the squids have the flavor of the sauce.
6. Serve hot.
