Squids and Potatoes in Spicy, Sweet and Sour Garlic Paste
Ingredients
20 - 30 Squids
2 Medium Sized Potatoes
3 Tbsp Spicy, Sweet and Sour Garlic Paste
3 Tbsp Oil
Salt to Taste
2 Medium Sized Potatoes

Preparation
1. Clean the squids neatly so as to separate the tentacles from the body. Wash thoroughly well after cleaning and cut into ringlets.
2. Marinate the the squids with salt and 2 Tbsp of Spicy, Sweet and Sour Garlic Paste.
3. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.
4. Apply salt and 1 Tbsp of Spicy, Sweet and Sour Garlic Paste to the potatoes.
5. Heat oil in two separate pans, add 1 and a half Tbsp each. Let the oil get heated.
6. Now add the squids and potatoes to the two separate pans.
7. Fry the potatoes till they have a nice brown color and the flavor of the paste.
8. Squids will give out some water for a while, allow them to cook till water dries.
9. Once dry, fry the squids well to get the flavor of the paste.
10. Serve both squids and potatoes together with some tartar sauce.
