Squids Butter Garlic
Ingredients
20 - 30 Medium Sized Squids
1 Teaspoon Salt
2 Green Chilies
30 - 40 pods of Garlic
2 Tablespoon Oil / Butter

Preparation
1. Clean the squids neatly so as to separate the tentacles from the body. Wash thoroughly well after cleaning and cut into ringlets.
2. Add salt to the squids and keep aside to marinate for about 20 minutes.
3. Mince the garlic and slit the chilies into strips.
4. Add Oil / Butter to a pan and heat it. Once hot, add the squids. Cook till the squids give out water and water dries up.
5. Once water has dried add the garlic and chilies and fry for around 15 minutes till garlic is soft. Add more butter to give it a buttery taste if desired.
6. Serve hot.
